Sprunki Phase 3

What is Sprunki Phase 3?

Sprunki Phase 3 is the phase most players mean when they talk about "scary Sprunki". It takes the original cast into a full horror setting: the characters are redesigned, the sounds are heavier and more distorted, and several combinations trigger animations that were not in the base mod. The Definitive edition cleans up timing issues from the early Scratch versions and adds polish to the visuals.

How to play

1. Press play inside the game window and wait for the loading bar to finish.
2. Drag a character from the bottom row onto one of the empty slots on stage. Its loop starts in sync with everything else.
3. Layer beats, melodies, vocals and effects. Up to seven characters can play at once.
4. Click a character to mute it, or drag it off the stage to free the slot.
5. Watch for characters reacting to each other: that is how hidden animations and bonus sounds are unlocked.

What changed in Phase 3

• Every character has a horror design, with the originals as the starting point.
• Vocals and effects lean darker: whispers, screams and low drones instead of the bright original loops.
• Several character pairs react to each other on stage, which is where the hidden animations come from.

Tips

• Build a rhythm first, then add vocals one at a time. The vocal loops are long, so it is easy to lose the beat.
• If a combination feels like it is building toward something, leave it running; some animations only trigger after a full loop.
